ANITI GAY LAW! A waste of time or what?

I wonder why Africans judge issues from just one aspect. While reading about the anti-gay law and people's opinion about it, I likened the experiences of these so called "Less Privileged" and "different people" to the life of  a person living with HIV/AIDS. its funny how we stigmatize and limit people from being who they want to be.

Truth is, I have never had a friend living with HIV/AIDS, neither have I had an LGBT  as a freind. Sometimes I yearn to have them as friends so that I can tell their stories for them. I am purely heterosexual but I feel Africans should not shun these people.

Turning a blind eye to something would not remove a strand of hair from our skin. Some of these people are talented and as such, condemning them means condemning development. Do you know how many great people you have relegated to the background thereby forcing them to committing suicide.

We should look at the brighter aspect and yearn for development instead on focusing on the sexuality of an individual. There are more important things to do than that.
